Gateway Pinball Derby 2025
@Benton Parkade (located inside Cafe Piazza) 1900 Arsenal St - St. Louis, Missouri
Sunday. November 30th, 2025
Doors Open: 10:00am
Registration Begins: 10:50am
Tourney Starts: 11:30am
Entry Fee: $20 (+ coin drop required for qualifying rounds)
IFPA Sanctioned and for WPPR Points
-Format-
Qualifying: 8 Rounds of Group Matchplay : IFPA (7,5,3,1) Scoring and Tiered Swiss Pairings. The Top 15 players in points after the qualifying will advance to the Derby Finals. Any ties for the last playoff spot will be determined via a one-game tiebreaker.
Derby Finals: The top 15 in standings after qualifying will advance to an elimination format where the full 15 players will play game one and the player with the lowest score will be eliminated. The remaining 14 players will play game two and the lowest score will be eliminated. This process continues until one player is remaining. Notes- Once a player beats the current low score on a game they will advance to the next game and join the queue to play, therefore many games will be going on simultaneously to quicken the process.
The winner of the Derby will receive the storied Silver Cup! Plus there will be payouts for the top eight finishers(consisting of any remaining money after expenses).
No pre-registration required, All Skill Levels Welcomed and Encouraged!!
