Tournament Overview

Welcome to the fifth season of the Asheville Pinball League! Season 5 starts on September 16 and ends on December 30. All events start at 6:30PM; doors at 6:00PM. See the full schedule below.

FAQ:
Q: Do league events cost anything?
A: This is optional. In order to be included in the Top 4 payout, players must pay $20. This covers your free play admission and league entry. Players who do not wish to be included in the Top 4 payout can play the league event at no additional cost. Regular arcade admission cost still applies.

Each league event has a cash payout to the Top 4 players who have opted to be included:
First Place: 40% of entry fees.
Second Place: 30% of entry fees.
Third Place: 20% of entry fees.
Fourth Place: 10% of entry fees.

Q: How does this league work?
A: Each league event is different and standings are determined by the cumulative amount of points earned. Your worst two event results will be dropped from the total results. On December 30, there will be a final Top 8 playoff in both A division (seeds 1-8) and B division (seeds 9-16) to determine the overall winner of the league. This is subject to change based on the amount of players.

Here are the specific events for each league night:
9/16: Max Match Play (12 Rounds)
9/30: PinGolf (9 Holes)
10/14: Target Match Play (30 Points) PAPA Scoring
10/28: Pin-Golf (9 Holes)
11/25: Group Match Play (8 Rounds) PAPA Scoring
12/16: Flip Frenzy! (3 Hours)
12/30: A Division Finals (Seeds 1-8); B Division Finals (Seeds 9-16)

IFPA results will be submitted at the season's conclusion.
