Tournament Overview

Tournament Date: October 25, 2025

Get ready for a full day of Spooky, scary fun at Maple! We invite the people of the women's pinball community to come out and compete before Pinball For Change's annual Halloween Open Event! Costumes are strongly encouraged!!!

Tournament will start at 10AM, with doors opening at 9AM. Cost is $25. This fee includes entry, hosting, and a small $5 donation to Sunnybrook Hospital as part of Pinball For Change larger donation.

Top 3 placement holders will receive Halloween goody bags and medals :)

Qualifying will consist of 3 rounds of 4 player group match play. Each round will have 3 games being played: an old era game, a solid state, and a modern (9 games in total).

Playoffs will be up to top 8 players, or half of attendance, and will be group elimination. Significant tie breakers only (for byes and last playoff spots). Top seeds in each group will get to pick their bank of 3 games (picking the starting game and the following two games to the right).

In the event of a tie breaker, one game of a random solid state game will be played by all players tied for a playoff spot, regardless of how many firsts or seconds were achieved during qualifying. All tie breaker order is determined by top seed getting first choice of order.

Top seeds cannot pick same banks 2x in a row.

We will be open Friday night for our usual Friday night tournament, and Walt's Halloween Pinball For Change will be taking place following this event. We appreciate any support to both of these events (even though we know it will be a very long day of pinball :) ).

You can contact Maple Pinball via Facebook Messenger if you want to secure a spot, or email us at maplepinballleague@outlook.com, or message us on Instagram at mapleshack_pinball. We can accept cash or accept debit/credit at the door.

We hope to see everyone come out to this event! Trick or treat!
