On Saturday, February 13, 2016, the top 16 ranked pinball players from all IFPA-sanctioned events held in New York State during 2015 will compete at Modern Pinball NYC for a chance to be crowned the 2015 IFPA New York State Champion and qualify for the 2015-16 US National Pinball Championship to be held on March 17, 2016 at the Pinball Hall of Fame in Las Vegas.

The entry fee is $40 per person with half going toward the prize pool ($220), the Nationals prize pool ($100), and the remainder for Modern Pinball hosting the event. Competitors will enjoy free-play on all machines from opening until closing, pizza and beverage (soft drink or water) and 10% off food and drink next door at Mad Hatter. The competition begins at 5:00 PM and will consist of best of seven, single elimination, head-to-head matches. Players are welcome to practice before starting time.

Travel, accommodations and fees are the responsibility of the participants. Please check Modern Pinball's website and call within one week of the competition to find out about any private events that may affect opening time to the public on the date of the competition. Coupons, loyalty cards and other promotions cannot be used toward the entry fee.
