Finals Format

Overall

24 player head2head, 2 strike knockout with best of 3 games rounds. You play one machine per round, that will be randomly assigned to you and your opponent. The software will try to assign you different machines each round, but I can happen that you play a machine twice.
After a minimum of 8 rounds (usually 10), playoffs start with the top 4 players: 1 vs 4, 2 vs. 3. Winners will advance to the final, losers play for 3rd place. Playoffs are also best of 3, lower seed chooses machine or order. Final and game for third place will be assigned machine and order randomly.

Tournament starts after the first round of AUTCS, so the 8 losers there can join this tournament immediately.
