Finals Format

Overall

Washington, DC, Maryland and Virginia based league. Approximately 6 locations to play. Players can play any location any week.

8 week league along with finals. Best 6 weeks are counted towards qualifying for the finals, of which A, B, C and possibly D divisions in playoffs will determine final standings.

Each week, players will be grouped with 2 or 3 other players and play 4 games. Points are awarded for each game, then added together for total weekly score. 3, 2, 1 or 3, 2, 2, 1 are awarded for 1st thru 3rd, or 1st thru 4th place, respectively for each game played.

Finals are conducted via PAPA World Championship playoff format. Groups of 4 compete with points awarded 4, 2, 1, 0 for 1st thru 4th place, respectively. A total of 3 games is played. The top 2 players move on to the next round. Top 16 or 24 players in the league are in A division, and will be determined before playoffs begin based on total number of league players.

Direct Qualifying. Meaningful games - Qualifying 6 weeks x 4 games = 24. Playoffs A division - 16 players, 3 rounds, EVR - 3.00, EV = 18. Total of 42 (subject to change based on Division # of A players)
