Tournament Overview

Tournament Date: January 09, 2017

Come out to the Pins & Evils pinball tournament at the Nomad, held at 7pm on the second Monday of every month!

This will be a fun, two strike knockout tournament for all skill levels. $5 buy in, 100% payout with additional awesome prizes courtesy of Surly Brewing and Stern Pinball! There will be lots of fun, great competition, and specials on Surly brews all night!

About the tournament:
This is a two strike group knockout tournament. We will play in 4 or 3 player groups (attendance dependent), with the bottom two players receiving strikes in 4 player groups, and the bottom person receiving a strike in 3 player groups. Once a player has received their second strike, they are out. Initial group seeding is random for round 1, but every subsequent round players will be matched up as much as possible with other players with similar strike counts. We will be balancing arena draws so players will play on as many different games as possible. Players cannot tie for 1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th positions, so playoffs will happen if necessary on a game randomly selected by the tournament director using a random number generator. Positions 5 and lower can tie, and playoffs will not be held to determine final finish order. We will be playing on all 5 games at the Nomad Wold Pub, and the lineup will change throughout the year.
