Tournament Overview
Start Date: January 15, 2018
End Date: March 31, 2018
The league consists of 7 weeks of competitive pinball play at the Pinball Co-op in South Burlington for qualifying, with a State finals where trophies and cash are given out.
Regular season format:
* There are 7 weeks of regular season play. Groups of 4 (or 3 or 5 as needed) play 4 games/night, with points awarded based on finishing positions for each game.
* Players' best 5 weeks will be used to qualify them for divisions at the State Final. (Number of Divisions is based upon number of players)
Finals format:
* Players in each division are placed into bracketed groups of 4, with match play similar to the regular season used to determine the players who advance to the next round. Top 2 from each group advance. Play continues in this fashion until winners have been decided. Byes as needed.
The season costs $30, plus $8 per session at the Pinball Co-op. If you choose to play at any NEPL locations outside of Vermont, expect to pay coin drop or house fees at those locations. For the State Finals, the Pinball Co-op will charge $8 per player.
.
Your $30 league registration payment is due at the 1st meetup. At this time you will also declare which state you are representing for this season of League. This declaration will lock you in to your finals location. This declaration does not preclude you from playing at locations outside of your state during the 7 week qualifying season.
NEPL in Vermont happens weekly at the the Pinball Co-op on Wednesdays and Fridays. You can only play league once each week, but you can play either day each week. Visit NEPL.org to see the complete list of locations if you are interested in playing outside of Vermont.
State Finals take place on Saturday, March 31 at the Pinball Co-op.
