Tournament Overview
Tournament Date: November 11, 2018
This is a charity tournament! $5 entry fee will go towards the Cleveland Food Bank.
12pm - The green and registration become open to the public.
1pm - Tee off begins!
2pm - Cutoff time for registration
2:15pm - Last chance to get on the green
Approx. 3:45pm, or 15 minutes after the last qualfiers have played - Playoffs begin
Games will be set to 5 balls.
The qualifying portion will be 9 holes on the green. Only one entry per person. *Mulligan: A player may re-try a single hole, once, for an additional $5 that will still go towards the charity. The new result must be kept, even if the stroke count is higher.*
Playoffs will be in "PinGolf Match Play" format
Based on qualifying, people will be put into groups of 4.
The groups will play 3 holes, with the same goals as qualifying.
Top seed in each group will have priority to select the games played in the round
Top 2 scores from each group advance
Main Division Playoffs:
32+ players - Top 16 advance
24-31 players - Top 12 advance ( Top 4 receive first round bye)
16-23 players - Top 8 advance
B Division playoffs
Top 4 qualifiers after the cut for A Division play in a 4-player 3 game 1 round PIngolf Match Play.
(Top 1000 IFPA ranked players are ineligible for B)
The game list and score objectives will be announced the week of the event. The way to determine how many strokes each hole takes will be based off of distance from target score, or how many balls you completed it in. Max stroke count per hole is 10.
