Tournament Date: April 14, 2018
Qualification: 6 rounds of match play in 3 player groups on 3 machines per round (27 meaningful games)
Finals: survival style ladder best-of-one matches in groups of three for top 12 qualifiers as follows:
On first round of play-offs the groups include players with following finishing qualifying positions:
Match 1: 7, 10, 12
Match 2: 8, 9, 11
The losers of Matches 1 and 2 will be eliminated with finishing tied 11th position.
For the second round 5th qualifying finisher joins the survivors of Match 1 to Match 3 and 6th qualifying finisher joins the survivors of Match 2 to Match 4.
The losers of Matches 3 and 4 will be eliminated with finishing tied 9th position.
For the third round 4th qualifying finisher joins the survivors of Match 3 to Match 5 and 3rd qualifying finisher joins the survivors of Match 3 to Match 6.
The losers of Matches 5 and 6 will be eliminated with finishing tied 7th position.
For the fourth round 1st qualifying finisher joins the survivors of Match 5 to Match 7 and 2nd qualifying finisher joins the survivors of Match 6 to Match 8.
The losers of Matches 7 and 8 will be eliminated with finishing tied 5th position.
The four players advancing from Matches 7 and 8 will meet in a 4-player final played on three machines.

Not sure how many meaningful games the playoffs are, but I'm guessing around 6 and in any case we're well above 25 I think :).
