GENERAL INFORMATION:

Tournament Director: Julien Greening.

Tournament location: Northgate SA 5085 (contact Tournament Director for address).

Tournament times: Registration and warm up 3pm - 3:30pm.
Information and questions from players 3:30pm - 4pm.
Tournament commences at 4pm - 10pm.

Tournament Entry Fee: $10.

There will be 12 machines in use on the night.

TOURNAMENT FORMAT DETAILS:

Players will be grouped in 4.
There will be 4 separate rounds of 3 matches.
This means every player will play 12 matches in total.

In each round the group will play a single game on three different machines and allocated points according to their finishing position:
7/5/3/1 for 4 player groups and 7/4/1 for 3 players groups if necessary.
This is the IFPA system of scoring.

For the first round, grouping will be based on IFPA rankings.

PLEASE NOTE: After the first round we will use the computer to balance the groups so that players can possibly play each other for the 2nd to 4th rounds.

At the close of the 4th round, the highest points score will be allocated seeding for the final to ultimately declare a tournament winner.

Ties will be broken by the number of first place finishes, then by the number of second place finishes and if necessary a single game play-off.
