Target matchplay

Qualifying:
- Group matchplay with 7/5/3/1 scoring.
- Hit the goal target of 26 total points in order to qualify for finals. Once a player is qualified for finals, they will no longer compete in qualifying.
- We'll play until all finals spots are filled. (8 or 12 depending on total attendance.)
- In case more players qualify than the # of spots available, ties will be broken by total # of points.
