Overview / Details
---------------------
The tournament will be at a private collection. There is no entry fee. Dinner will be provided, but feel free to bring your own drinks. The event is one day only and will feature 12 qualifying holes mixed with target scores and objective based tasks. Finals will cut down at least 50% of the field and have no more than 12 making up “A” Division Finals, with the rest of the field assigned to “B” Division Finals.

Qualifying
------------
There will be 12 total holes. Each machine / hole will be set to 5 balls. The current ball in which the target goal is reached will be the player’s score. If all 5 balls are played without the target score reached, a score of 6 will be recorded. Every effort will be made to turn off Extra Balls, but if you manage to find one, you may use this as a mulligan and replay your current ball.
Qualifying start times have a window between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM. You are allowed to start your qualifying period at any point during this time frame. Solo play is prohibited. Players may choose their playing partners or be assigned one. Players can also play the holes in any order they choose. In the event a qualifying is not completed at the hard cut off time, scores of 6 will be given for remaining holes left to play.

A Finals
----------
If 24 or more players participate, we will have 12 players qualify for “A” division. Under 24 players will consist of 8 players qualifying for “A” division. Everyone else will be assigned to “B” Division. If 12 players reach finals, the top 4 will receive byes, with groups being re-seeded before round 2.

Players will be grouped up according to seeding that results in their qualifying finish. In the event of a tie the tie breakers will be in order as follows: most hole-in-ones 1 game playoff, best 1 ball score.
Top seeds in each group have the option of picking a game or position. Each choice will be made individually before the game is to be played and after all other games in the round have been completed. A player may choose the same game in successive rounds.

Each round will be 3 games and pin-golf format. Only games in qualifying will be used in “A” Finals.

B Finals
----------
3 strike final with the bank consisting of pins not used in qualifying.
