Targeted MatchPlay
Targeted MatchPlay - Players play in groups of 3 or 4 and earn points for placement. 7/5/3/1 for a 4-player group and 7/4/1 for a 3-player group. After each round, players will be randomly put in a new group. Target score for the evening is 24 points.
Once a player reaches the target, the tournament is finished. Placements are awarded based on points earned during the event. Ties will only be broken for the top 4 places. Ties will be broken on a randomly drawn game with a coin flip for order.
Skillfully plunge extra balls.
Play in the order given on MatchPlay.
Any player who plays out of turn automatically received last place for that round.
Payout/Prizes: Top four will receive a payout from the entry fees minus expenses.
Payout breakdown is 50/25/15/10%.
Side Pot: Only players who pay into the side pot are eligible to win this money. Top player who contributed to the side pot earns 75% of the pot. Second place receives 25%. (In the event of a tie, the same tie breaker rules will be followed as for the top 4).
