Sunday Pinball Stern 007 Bond Launch Party at MPB
Monthly weekend pinball tournament at My Parents' Basement; this time featuring the new Stern 007 James Bond machine*!
Entry fee: free (plus dollars for games)
Register from 11:30-11:55 am
First round starts at 12:00 pm noon

Fair Frenzy Qualifying
Ladder Finals
Format: Fair Frenzy starting at noon. We’re trying out a new format (also known as max match play or roundless round robin)! Here’s how it works:
You'll be paired up with another player for a head to head game on a random machine. When you’re done you go to a waiting list. Once there are a few people in the waiting list we will start a new wave of games. You’ll get a new random opponent and machine. Everyone will play the same number of games; so towards the end pairings will only be made with players who haven’t yet played all of their games.
Number of games will be determined before the start of the tournament and announced by the TD; probably around 8.
New waves of games will be started by the TD. We plan to start a new wave when 007 James Bond is available so that it can be played by everyone in the tournament.
Finals: After that the top players will move on to a ladder finals. All finals games will be on Stern 007 James Bond with the top players from qualifying getting byes and everyone else trying to climb the ladder to get to the top group.
The games will be on their normal settings of either $1 per play or 3 plays for $2.
*Plans subject to change pending confirmation of the arrival date of 007.
