Join us on Sunday all day long. Every month is a brand-new tournament, as your host David Balsamini and your TDs Francesco La Rocca and Uchendu guide you to a year full of pinball competition and fun.
Monthly Rotation
Each month, we’ll host a tournament using one of the following formats :
1) 12 Minimum rounds of Group Matchplay with Finals (Rounds of qualifying can be more) either Papa style ( 3 games ) or Pinburgh Style (4 games ) for top 4/6/8 players
2) Pinburgh Style ( 4 games x round from different eras) with Finals on 4 games for top 4/6/8 players
3) Papa Style qualifying (Card based games )unlimited with Semifinals/Finals on 3 games for top 4/6/8 players
4) Herb Style qualifying (Best game/s ) unlimited with Semifinals/Finals on 3/4 games for top 4/6/8 players
How to play
Come to Morristown Game Vault on Sunday at opening time (10 am ) .Tournament usually starts around 2 pm . It’s $20+tax to get in, stay and play free until closing or tournament end. Tell the front desk you are playing in the tournament.
In addition, it’s $10 to register for the tournament and top 4 players (at least ) win cash . Tournaments will be run on https://matchplay.events. IFPA standard competition rules apply. NO Extra Balls will ever be played and any machines can have last minute adjustment on settings ( Hard ,very hard etc etc ) ;pairing for any tournaments will be either randomly or based on IFPA ranking or States ranking or even on a short qualifying session on one or more games . For a few tournaments the $10 will just cover a certain number of entries (see 11 and 12 formats ) with additional cost for extra entries . TDs have final say in all tournament rulings and decisions.
Tournaments may be canceled for any reason. Any formats may be adjusted at TDs discretion, to keep tournaments from running too long.
