Tournament Overview
Tournament Date: March 05, 2023
This is the first ever IFPA-sanctioned women's pinball tournament (that isn't the state championship!) in Arkansas! Players of all skill levels, aged 21+, are welcome. It's free to enter, but the machines will be coin drop so that we can continue to support our favorite NW Arkansas pinball bar!
We'll use match play software and put you in 3 and 4 player groups on a selected pinball machine. If you get 1st place, you get 7 points, 2nd place 5 points, 3rd 3 points, and 4th 1 point for four player games. The points will be 7-4-1 for three person games. We'll fit in as many rounds as we can in about 3 hours and then take the top four players to the finals. The top 3 seeds will get to each pick a game. They can only choose each game once during finals. The highest seed will play first for the first game of finals. On subsequent games, the loser will get to choose position. There will be just 1 round of 3 games in finals to determine the outcome.
Significant ties will be broken by a randomly selected game.
Feel free to invite friends. We're looking to grow the amount of participation in local pinball tourneys. If you identify as female, you are welcome to compete. If you identify as male, feel free to come support your friends as a spectator, play pinball for fun on the side, or come to one of our other local pinball tourneys.
