Tournament fee: $50
QUALIFYING:
Qualifying will be contested as 8 rounds of 2 games of Group Matchplay, using IFPA scoring.
First round, players will be grouped according to IFPA rankings, then balanced for each round thereafter.
Top 24 players will advance to the finals.
Ties will be automatically broken by the Matchplay software, however some tie-breaker games may be required, which will be played immediately after the final round is completed.
FINALS:
The Top 24 players will contest Head-to-Head single elimination matches in bracket format. All brackets will be contested in Best of 5-game format, with players choosing their games.
The Top 8 players will receive a First Round bye, however are still required to check in by the scheduled start time.
The Top seed of each match will get choice of first game of any machine available at the time of selection, with choice alternating between players after each game. No machine may chosen more than once in the same match.
In order to keep things moving, players can only select games from what is available at the time of selection.
