Qualifying Format: Target Match Play
Since it's the TD's birthday, we'll play until someone reaches the target number 38.
Scoring: IFPA
-4 player groups 7/5/3/1
-3 player groups 7/4/1
First Round Seeding/Pairing: Random
General Pairing: Swiss
Draws: Balanced
EBs: Off
Mode: Tournament/Competition (when applicable)
Ties: Placement (when applicable)
Finals Format: Match Play
The top qualified participants will compete in a single round, 3 games per round, Group Match Play finals.
The top seed will have choice of machine or position game 1. Last place from game 1 will have choice game 2, etc.
Cost: Players are responsible for their coin drops (2 tokens per game) throughout the duration of the tournament.
Entry fee is $10 - $1 towards the IFPA sanctioning fee, $9 towards the prize pool.
First-time IFPA entrants pay the $1 sanctioning fee and receive a dive into the prize pool!
Prize Pool: The top 4 finishers will be awarded the cash prize pool, divided as such:
1st: 50%
2nd: 25%
3rd: 15%
4th: 10%
