This is our weekly pinball tournament at District 82. It is a free tournament with paid admission for Flippin' Friday. Flippin' Friday is our open to the public, free play, pinball night where you come in and play anything you want. We have an admission charge of $25 for the night (5PM-10PM) and it includes the tournament. 100+ Pinball Machines on free play but we typically do not use all of them for this tournament unless we have 50+ players. We also may change the format slightly or live stream the tournament, but it will always be free and start at the same time. If the format changes we inform everyone before the start of the tournament.
Qualify Format
4 Rounds of 2 games per round with the same 4 people in your group
One Modern and One Classic Game per round
7/5/3/1 scoring per game
Top 8 Players make playoffs assuming we have at least 16 players (less than 16 players we will adjust playoffs to have 50% of players in play offs)
8th place will be determined by a 1 ball playoff for everyone tied at that position
Finals Format
Finals will be a 3 strike knockout (lenient strikes)
5PM Doors Open
6PM Tournament Starts
Trophy for 1st
D82 Swag for 2nd-4th
IFPA points for everyone
TGP should be 124%
No Cash Prizes
Typically No Pre-Registration for this event. Walk Ins will always be welcome for this tournament as long as you arrive before 6PM.
