What: 4 events in 3 days with the Main Tournament (Saturday Qualifying with Sunday Finals) being IFPA certified for 250% WPPRS! Plus a 5th, bonus event on Thursday night (12/7) that has its own entry fee and registration (see Eventbrite for details)
When: 12/8/23 to 12/10/23. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of each tournament to check in. NOTE - If you have not checked in by the start of the tournament and you haven’t communicated to Chad Hastings that you will be late, you will be removed from tournament.
Where: The lavish Delaware Pinball Collective - 1100 First State Blvd, Second Floor, Wilmington, DE 19804.

Time: Doors open at 8am each day for practice and ends at 8:45am for announcements. Each morning the tournament will start at 9am except the Sunday 3 Strike Tournament which will start around 9:30AM
Cost: MEMBERS $230 ($75 will go to the Delaware Pinball Collective for tournament expenses. $155 to cover all of the tournament entry fees with 100% payouts).
NON-MEMBERS $260 ($105 will go to the Delaware Pinball Collective for tournament expenses. $155 to cover all of the tournament entry fees with 100% payouts)

Sunday has 2 separate events running concurrently. The Main finals are only for the top 24 players that qualified for it based on Saturday’s 20 round Match play qualifying.
The 3 strike group knockout tournament on Sunday is open to anyone who wants to play in it INCLUDING the top 24 qualifiers who are playing in the “Main finals”. We will now follow the new WPPR 6.0 rules for concurrent play, which will allow players to play in both event's without causing an "intentional delay".

The prize money awarded at the tournament is final. The tournament director’s decisions on rulings are final. You agree to these terms by signing up. You can’t come back after the tournaments are finalized and dispute your finishing position or prize payout. Event 4: Sunday 3 Strike Knockout Tournament

9:30AM Tournament Starts
$10 Entry Fee for this tournament. 100% gets paid out as prize money for the top 4
Tournament will use games not reserved for the Main Tournament Finals. The matchplay software will pick the games played and will match the players up in groups.
The Knockout Tournament is a 3 Strike Tournament played in groups of 4 (3 when necessary).
Random Seeding to start, then Swiss Style. Games drawn randomly.
Groups of 4 or 3 will play against each other on a single machine
The 2 players with the lowest scores in a group will receive a strike (3rd, 4th Place in the match)
3 player matches (as needed) lowest score (3rd Place) will receive a strike.
Once a player has 3 strikes they are out of this tournament
The tournament continues until there is one player remaining. Only ties for trophies or prize money will be broken with another game played but final results will show those players as tied when reported to IFPA.

If you cancel your registration by the following dates we will send you back a refund based on the conditions below. Anyone from the waitlist who gets in will still have to abide by the below refund dates so please make sure you want to attend before you send your money.

Before Wednesday November 1st, 2023 5PM Eastern Time 100% REFUND
Before Wednesday November 15th, 2023 5PM Eastern Time 75% REFUND
Before Wednesday December 1st, 2023 5PM Eastern Time 50% REFUND
NO REFUNDS AFTER DECEMBER 1ST
If you participate in only part of the 4 tournaments or can’t continue, no refunds will be given either.
