Tournament Overview

Tournament Date: October 21, 2023

Pin Bowling Qualifying:

PWe will use 6 games, including Venom. Target scores will be assigned to each game. Players will receive points based on how close they were to the target score. Players who achieve the target score will score a 10. Scoring guides will be posted on each game and a tournament director will be present to help. Players can play in groups of 2-4.

Once everyone has finished their 6 qualifying games, we will determine who made A and B playoffs. Matchplay software will be used so players can see how they did.

Match Play finals:

Once the tournament director knows the number of players who have signed up, they will determine how many players will make A and B playoffs. A playoffs must be between 10 and 50 percent of the field.

The format is Match Play. Players will be placed in groups of 4 and they will play a set of 3 games. The top 3 seeds in each group will each choose a game. The same player can't choose the same game more than once in playoffs. The best 2 players from each group will advance until there are 4 players remaining. The final 4 players will play 1 more set of 3 games to determine the final standings. The tournament director may decide that Venom be used for one of the games in finals.

As this is a Venom Launch Party, there will be additional swag and prizes given away during the event. Everyone is welcome!
