Tournament Overview


Tournament Date: November 12, 2023

Come celebrate Chantelle's birthday with a tournament! November 12th, 2023 at The American (926 Main Street, Vancouver, BC) Starts at 12:00pm. Estimated finishing time: 8:00pm. Practice starts at 11:00am. All machines will be on free-play!

It is an open event, so feel free to invite your friends. Newcomers welcomed!

Entry fee will be $20 per person. (covers venue fees and prizes.)

Prizes for top 4 will be provided as follows (subject to change):
1st Place: $100 cash + Upcycled trophy (made with love)
2nd Place: $50 cash + Upcycled trophy (made with love)
3rd Place: $30 cash + Upcycled trophy (made with love)
4th Place: $20 cash + Upcycled trophy (made with love)
5th-20th (Ask me for a chocolate bar if you want one, I will have a few different kinds to choose from)

FYI, everyone will get a little goodie bag if wanted, so before you leave just let me know if you want one.

Format:
Qualifying will be 3 three-game rounds of 4-player group matchplay.
Top 16 progress to finals. (If fewer than 32 attend, top 8.)
Quarter finals will be a 3-game round 4-player matchplay. Top 2 in each group advance.
Semi finals will be a 3-game round 4-player matchplay. Top 2 in each group advance.
Finals will be a 3-game round 4-player matchplay.
(Finals format is subject to change due to time constraints, may be reduced to 1 game per round if necessary. [This would reduce the TGP of the overall tournament.])
