IFPA Kansas State Women's Championship 2023
The IFPA Women’s North American Championship Series is an annual pinball competition with players qualifying throughout the entire calendar year. The top 8 ranked players based on open events and the top 8 ranked players based on women’s-only events will be invited to play in the state championship. Winner opts to represent Kansas at the IFPA Women's Nationals Championship at Wizard's World in Ft. Wayne, IN, in March 2024.
Tournament Date: Sunday, January 21, 2024
Location: The 403 Club, 614 Reynolds Ave, Kansas City, KS
Time: Doors open at 11am, tournament starts at 11:30am
**With the Chiefs' playoff game being a road game, the crowd is very likely to be much more excessive than usual. It was recommended by the owner that we change the tournament start time, and after reaching out to all competitors, I feel it is in the best interest of the tournament to move it back to an 11:30am start time.
The IFPA does not currently charge an endorsement fee for women’s events. As such, entry into each Women’s State Championship will be $20 per player.
Coin drop for machines is $1 per game.
The tournament will be a head-to-head, single elimination bracket with best-of-seven matches.
Please make sure you have registered your email with the IFPA. The Tournament Director will contact you by email with further details at the beginning of January if you have qualified or are an alternate.
