Pinpocalypse returns! This time with WPPR points!
Format:
20 person limit.
6 rounds of 4 player game match play to determine seedings for final rounds.
Top 12 make A division, with seeds 1-4 getting a bye.
Seeds 5-12 split into two 4 player groups and will play 2 games using 5-3-2-1 scoring, top 2 from each group advance to form two more 4 player groups with seeds 1-4 for the semifinals, 2 more from each group will advance to make the final 4.
Seeds 13-20 will form B divison, and use same format to determine B division champion.
1st - $100 + trophy
2nd - $50
3rd - $40
4th - $30
Winner of B - $20
$20 entry fee which includes dinner (BBQ or worst case we get pizza)
$3 per entry side tournament, top 4 scores at the cutoff time play 1 four player game to determine winner. Game TBD
Schedule (all times except Open and Start time are Approx.):
12:30 - Doors Open
1pm - Tourney starts
4:30 - Dinner Break and form groups for finals
5:30 - Final rounds begin
8:30? - The Pinpocalypse is over
I live in South Philadelphia, there is generally abundant free parking around my house. 20 people will be a bit of a squeeze, but my basement (pinball area), and 1st floor will be open to hang out in. Food and soda will be provided, fridge can be used for drinks. Id just ask that everyone respect our home and the machines!
