Pinball Tournament to support the Southwest Michigan Food Pantry. 
Saturday, November 8th, 2014 
8am – 11:30pm

Open Tournament $25/person 
Classic Side Tournament $1 per play 
 
This open tournament will be limited to 50 participants only. You must reserve your spot by securing an advance ticket at: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/southwest-michigan-food-pantry-charity-pinball-tournament-2014-tickets-12960606523 
There is no cost for the ticket, this just reserves your spot in the open tournament only. You must present your ticket and $25 entry fee CASH ONLY (no checks or credit cards) before 1:30pm at the door to be able to compete. 
PLEASE do not order tickets unless you are 100% committed to play in the tournament!!! 
 
Open Tournament: 
The open tournament is IFPA approved and all participants will receive WPPR points. This will be a 3 strikes Knockout! Style tournament. We will be using the Brackelope app. Live tournament results can be followed on your smartphone by going to: http://live.brackelope.com/t/qny5u so enter the address into your phone to follow along. 
Practice will begin at 8am and commence at 1:30pm. The tournament will begin at 2pm and all people with tickets that have paid will be in the tournament. There is NO qualifying. Random pairs will be drawn on random games. The games will be played with two players on a game each round. Once you lose 3 games (strikes) you are eliminated. There will be an award for the overall winner. 
 
Classics Tournament: 
The classics side tournament is open from 8am until the finals of the open tournament. The classics side tournament is IFPA approved and all participants will receive WPPR points as well. Cost is $1 per play. Only the highest score from each person will be recorded. The 8 highest players at the end of the tournament will play a single elimination seeded bracket. There will be an award for the overall winner. 
 
100% of all proceeds will go to the Southwest Michigan Food Pantry.
