PinPride is back for 2024! This matchplay tournament for LGBTQIA+ pinball players and allies will feature seven rounds of qualifying for 52 players and finals for top 8. We're excited to return to Barcade Brooklyn after raising more than $4,800 at Valentine's Gay! Preregistration for up to 52 players will open at 1:45pm EDT on Saturday, June 1 at https://matchplay.live/pinpride2024 with $10 entry fee to Jess (venmo @zeta6742 w/ last four digits 1371 or paypal jessicaleewarren at hotmail). Open to all skill levels and new players welcome but all participants and spectators must be 21+. Check in starting at 12 p.m., tournament starts at 1 p.m. Seven rounds of match play in 3- or 4-player groups, with 7/5/3/1 scoring and balanced pairings. Top 8 make PAPA-style finals. Plunge all extra balls. Semifinals and finals will be three games with 4/2/1/0 scoring where top seed has choice of game or player order; top 2 from each semifinal group advance to finals. IFPA sanctioned.
