Tournament Overview
Tournament Date: July 19, 2024
This is a special Launch Party tournament feature Stern's newest release, John Wick (Pro). We will be highlighting games from Stern's catalog with a special focus on the newest John Wick release. Flip Frenzies are 2.5 hours of playing as much pinball as possible! You will be placed in head to head matches with other opponents and the idea is to play as many machines within the allotted time. After you play a game, player 1 will become player 2 on a new machine, player 2 will go to the back of the queue, and the person at the front of the queue joins the newly created machine. At the end of the 2.5 hours of Flip Frenzy the top 8 players will move on to a Finals face off. The tournament starts at 7pm, so you must check in at the front desk no later than 6:50pm so we can do pre tournament announcements and start on time. The winner of the tournament will also receive a special John Wick Grand Champion plaque.
It will be a discounted $20 admission to Next Level for tournament players + $5 buy-in to the tournament. Next Level also contributes $2 from each admission into the Next Level Championship prize fund. Tournaments are open to people of all ages and skill levels. We have some of the best players in the country here in Oregon, as well as many new people getting into the hobby all the time! It's a great way to improve your skills as well as just meet friendly and fun people in the community! Standardly, there are about 25 people per event.
*Please note that these formats are subject to slight modifications depending on attendance and machine availability. We may modify a tournament to have more/less time, alter group sizes, or edit # of rounds to ensure decent tournament lengths.
