The DFW Pinball League continues with its eleventh stop for 2024 with another MASSIVE IFPA CERTIFIED EVENT.

This will be the 1ST ANNUAL BOSQUE RIVER BRAWL at THE PINHOUSE in Stephenville, Texas
This event is hosted by the McMullin family!

This listing is for the FAIR STRIKES SIDE EVENT, but will cover details on ALL of the events as well.

PLEASE NOTE:
All games are set to free play - NO coin drops.

The Main Event is limited to approx. 80 total PARTICIPANTS.
75 entries will be sold on the Eventbrite platform.
For disclosure purposes - the remaining entries are for the homeowner/family and possibly the tournament officials (staying within the IFPA 10% rule).

The Fair Strikes Side Event does not need any pre-registration by itself:

If SKIPPING the Main Event, then the cost for EACH of the THREE (3) side tournaments (including this one) is $10 each, in cash on the day of the event.

Its a PARTY first, with a little pinball mixed in! Come have some fun with us!

EVENT DATES:
Progressive Strikes Side Tournament: FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 13, 2024 at 11:00 AM (doors open/warmup time at 10:30 AM).
Beat the Clock Side Tournament: FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 13, 2024 around (~approx) 6:30 PM (after a break between the two tournaments AND 15 minutes warmup time).
MAIN EVENT Qualifying: SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 14, 2024 at 10:00 AM (doors open/warmup at 9:30 AM).

*** FAIR STRIKES SIDE TOURNAMENT: SEPTEMBER 15, 2024 at 10:00 AM (doors open/warmup time at 9:30 AM). ***

MAIN EVENT Finals (Top 24 in A, Top 16 in B): SUNDAY SEPTEMBER 15, 2024 around (~approx) 5:30 PM (after a break between the two tournaments AND 15 minutes warmup time).
-- DONT WORRY ABOUT TIMING - A LOT OF OLDER GAMES THAT PLAY FASTER ARE INCLUDED - CARPOOL PINBALL AND LOUIS MARX HAVE CONFIRMED HOW FAST THESE PLAY.

TOURNAMENT FORMAT AND DETAIL for THIS SIDE TOURNAMENT ONLY:
(for the other tournaments, please see their respective IFPA calendar entries or see the entry for the Main Event).

Fair Strikes Side Tournament:
Five ( 5 ) strikes Fair Strikes Tournament.
All players will play together, no divisions --
In every game, the first place player will get NO STRIKES.
In every game, the last place player will get TWO (2) STRIKES.
All other players (if any) on each game will get ONE (1) STRIKE.

There will NOT be a KIDZ FINAL / kids tournament at this event.

COST AND PAYOUT DETAILS:
If playing in the MAIN EVENT, cost is $79 per person (plus tax and ticketing platform) and INCLUDES entry into ALL of the tournaments.
If SKIPPING the Main Event, then the cost for EACH of the three side tournaments is $10 each.

FOOD:
I'm looking at getting a food truck, some possible catered food, and any BYO (POTLUCK) is fine.
