Tournament Overview
Start Date: January 09, 2025
End Date: March 13, 2025
TD: Chris Wood
Entry fee: $5 ($1 IFPA and $4 prize pool for A and B)
January 9th – March 6th; Finals March 13th
2-hour Flipper Frenzy every week
Start times 6:15pm
A Finals Top 8 – Ladder Finals (top spot from each step-up picks game or order)
B Finals will be a side 3 strike, strikeout ($1 IFPA fee)
Starting off what should be a “frigid” 2025 with some “sizzling” flipper frenzy league action. A 9-week flipper frenzy league starting on January 9th, 2025.
For 2 hours, play and win as many games to climb the standings each week. We’ll use Linear Scoring (100/99/98/97/96, etc.) for each weeks series standings. For example if you hold the top spot for the week, you get 100. If you and another individual have the same number of wins that week, you share 100. Same can be said if you and 3 people tie for 4th – each will get 96 points. The linear point total reduces with each tie. You get to drop your 3 worst (absent) weeks.
Finals will conclude the week before Texas Pinball Festival (TPF) on March 13th with the Top 8 playing in a Ladders finals. Top spot from each step-up picks game or order.
Prize pool (dependent on number of participants) but a payout for the 8 finalists:
1st – 30%
2nd – 25%
3rd – 15%
4th – 10%
5th – 8%
6th – 6%
7th – 4%
8th – 2%
