Cash and/or prizes for the top 4.
Knockout tournament. Basic Knockout (two-player games) for 8 or less players in tournament, Group Knockout (four-player games) if more than 8 players in tournament.
Registration starts at 2PM. Tournament starts at 3PM.
Over a number of rounds, players are paired against each other in two-player or four-player games. Two-player games if 8 or less players in tournament, four-player games if more than 8 players in tournament. Last place finisher receives a strike in either format. When a player reaches a predetermined amount of strikes, (5 strikes for 8 or less players in tournament, 3 strikes if more than 8 players in tournament) they are eliminated from the tournament and will not be included in the next round of matches. At the end of the tournament, the last player standing is the winner.
